The
Division Representatives and the Board of Governors, as allowed for by the APA,
work with the League Operator to enhance the League experience and make each
match a more enjoyable environment for everyone. Read
the following for your guidelines and contacts: Division
Representatives (DR’s)
Ø
DR’s will be available to answer questions and to
try and help find solutions to “league night” situations. Ø Your DR can be contacted at the email address listed below or you can look on your Division Schedule to see where he or she is playing on league night. Ø
This contact information is not to be abused.
The DR’s are volunteering their time and energy for your benefit. Ø
If you have a complaint about another team or
player, you can either submit it to your DR or the League Operator (LO).
It is best if you submit it in writing either using a complaint form or
by email. Ø
DR’ will be up-to-date on events happening in the
League in addition to the rules and current bylaws.
Board of Governors (BOG)
Ø The Board of Governors exists to handle team complaints and disputes, and promote good will among the League in general. Ø
All complaints are to be submitted to the LO and
they will be forwarded to the BOG.
The BOG will research the situation then suggest a ruling to the League
Operator. Ø
Furthermore, the BOG will help organize and promote
